"The 5K Run & Plunge" for Special Olympics

We have a 5K run for the more ambitious people. Personally, I'd rather just jump in the cold water!! There's nothing that says you can't do both.  5K starts at approx. 9:00 a.m. and start time for the plunge is at 11:00 a.m. on February 20th. You are more than welcome to take the "PLUNGE" with us in this worthwhile effort, or just come and watch!! "The 5K Run & Plunge" takes place at Lake Raleigh,on Centennial Campus @ NC State Univ.
