David Sitver's Fundraising Page
Dear Friends and Colleagues,
It’s time again for my annual email and request to help me raise money for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundations (
http://www.pbtfus.org/). Many of you have received this annual email in the past and some are new to the list. I want to first thank everyone who contributed last year, with your help we were able to contribute $3,830.00 to this organization and were the 5
th highest fundraising for the Hudson Valley ride. Here is a link to the Hudson Valley Ride news letter that speaks about last year’s ride
http://www.pbtfus.org/rideforkids/calendar/enls/Hudson_ENL_2010.pdf. It was a rainy one but everyone was safe and enjoyed the day and the total Ride brought in $110,000 for the organization.
For those of you who have not received this email in the past, The Ride for Kids® program supports the efforts of the
Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation (PBTF) to find the cause of and cure for childhood brain tumors. I have become involved with the ride several years ago as it allows me to utilize my passion for Motorcycles to help others. It is the one fund raising request you will receive from me on an annual basis.
This year is a special year as my family celebrated the Bat-Mitzvah of my Daughter Ruth, as part of her requirements of her Bat-Mitzvah she has to do a Mitzvah Project. I am honored that without much thought she decided for her Mitzvah project she was going to help me raise funds for this year’s ride as well as joining me on the ride to turn in what she has raised as well as spending the day with the various local ride stars (these are local patients and family’s that join the ride and fundraising efforts) that attend the event. I have attached a letter written by her which describes the project and here efforts in fundraising.
If you would like to help us out this year donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts.
Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too!
Thanks again for your support
