We're participating in the 2009 Walk for Farm Animals to help Farm Sanctuary raise awareness about the realities of factory farming. This annual event helps fund Farm Sanctuary's education and advocacy efforts.

Fund Raising, You Say??

We're not the most outgoing, vocal, or active activists, but we do try to make as much difference as we can within our means, and most of the time this means reducing our footprint. We view life as a spectrum, and our trend on that spectrum is toward LESS impact and LESS harm, or conversely, GREATER awareness and GREATER compassion. We can't possibly reduce our impact to zero while living here in Vancouver, but we believe even the smallest seeming choices can make a significant difference. It's better than giving up, better than nothing!

With this page, our goal is to help a little more by raising money that will support an organization and cause whose efforts are greater than our own. Maybe you can help us out! We would be deeply grateful if you made a donation for our participation in the Walk for Farm Animals.
