CHAIN OFF 2009: Sponsored by DOGS DESERVE BETTER, a nonprofit organization dedicated to freeing the chained dog, and bringing our 'best friend' into the home and family. From June 27th -July 12th they are campaigning to highlight the reality that while Americans are celebrating their own freedom, there are tens of thousands of Man's Best Friends in every state who are still not free.
