I need your help blowing out birthday candles! Please help me make my birthday wish come true....to rescue 24/7 chained/penned backyard dogs!

It's my birthday!  I'm huffing and puffing but I can't seem to blow out all these candles by myself! Why are there so many candles anyway? How did this happen?
