I'm raising money for the Fragile X Foundation's $25 for 25 Years campaign in honor of Anthony.  

We were lucky enough to find out that he had the full mutation of the Fragile X gene before he was born and I believe that has made a world of difference.  Every evaluation he has shows his obvious developmental delays but is accompanied by the remarks that he is doing far better than most Fragile X kids his age.  

I whole heartedly believe his progress has been the result of early intervention.  Anthony is living proof that an early diagnosis can vastly improve an affected child's abilities and potential.
