I am still touched by the overwhelming response to my walk in honor of Liesel's memory last year.  This year I am bringing Maddie for her big Walk for the Animals debut.   Maddie was rescued by German Shepherd rescue and has spent a year learning manners, obedience, and socialization skills at camp Dawn.  We'll see if she remembers her manners at this event.

Maddie is proof that surrendered animals can find happy homes and live balanced lives.  The Humane Society of Broward County finds loving homes for so many abandoned animals in our community.  Won't you please dig deep and help them?
