Thank you for visiting my First Giving Page.  HHBR is holding its annual auction in less than 2 weeks, on February 28th and we are trying to raise as much money as possible!

Last year we saved over 70 basset hounds but we can only do that with the help of donations and fees from adoption.  Our adoption fees are only $175 and on average, a basset hound that comes in will cost well over $300 because of medical needs.

If you know someone interested in fostering or adopting a basset hound please send them our way!  Kevin and I have fostered so many bassets now that I cannot even keep count!  We do however have Abigail and Buddy right now.  When Abigail came in she was HIGH heartworm positive and she has now just finished her 2nd treatment.  Even with our non-profit discount, a treatment like this costs us over $300! 

Any and all donations are helpful!  Just $10 can help with the vaccinations of one dog!
