Welcome to my fundraising page!!!
Yes, I am doing it again...another marathon! This will be #4. What started as a way to honor my friend Tracey has become a full time passion for me....RUNNING! When I ran my first marathon, Dublin Marathon 2005, in memory of my friend Tracey I had no idea five years later running would be such a big part of my life. Thank you Tracey for continuing to inspire and motivate me!
Since running Dublin, I have run the NYC Marathon twice. Now I am running the rival marathon...the Boston Marathon. Each claims to be the world's greatest marathon but only one can actually be the world's greatest.
NYC Marathon vs. Boston Marathon
Which one will I name the World's Greatest Marathon?
Stay tuned to find out!
Check out the video on the left (below my picture) to learn more about what inspired me to run the 2010 Boston Marathon!
GoKids helps to promote a healthy lifestyle in teens and pre-teens in the Boston area. I felt this was the perfect charity to support by running a marathon. I hope the committment that marathoners make to training for the 26.2 miles inspires others to become active and make a committment to their health.
This one is for you Tracey. As always, you are my inspiration!!
