Hi friends!

I'm Harley McHugh, a Heartland Animal Shelter alumni of 2006.  I'm a 2 year old Weimeraner that was surrendered to Heartland as a puppy with my 2 brothers and 2 sisters.  My new Mom & Dad are volunteers at the shelter and fell in love with me one day when they came in to walk me and my buddies at the shelter.  I now live in a loving home with a new furry brother Harvard, and big furry sister Heidi.  I love to play and go for walks.  I have so much energy and zest, my parents take me to Playful Paws Doggy Day Care to play with lots of my friends twice a week. 

I'll be walking at the Heartland Walk of Love on Saturday, July 12 to help raise money for all my friends at Heartland that are still looking for their forever homes.  Please help if you can by making a small donation to support me in helping all my furry friends at Heartland. 

I'm also the "spokesdog" for the Hogs for Dogs motorcycle charity ride benefiting my friends at Heartland.  You can see my picture (that's me riding on the Harley!) on all our Hogs for Dogs posters and postcards.  Come join us on Sept 21, 2008 for Hogs for Dogs.
