11th Annual Walk 'n' Wag All Breed Dog Walk
Dear family and friends,
Another year has flown by and it is now over 4 years ago that I adopted Rocket from GSRNE. We continue on our amzing journey together through life. He adds so much meaning to my understanding of what the indescribable bond is between dog and human. I am in constant awe of these dogs especially ones that have been adopted through a rescue such as German Shepherd Rescue of New England. I still am amazed that I was matched with Rocket. The adoption coordinator at that time was Laurie Keating who we just lost and I am dedicating this page in her memory.
Without all the volunteers who work tirelessly to help rescue, foster, fundraise or any job that has to be done, this miracle could not have happened. But the organization cannot sustain what is does each day without money to pay for the medical bills, foster supplies and other costs associated with the Rescue.
Once again I ask you to Please help GSRNE continue to do the work they do through your support. Economically times have gotten worse not better and that impacts everybody and everything. Last year I said and will say it again, a life depends on us and any amount you contribute no matter how small makes a profound difference.
Thank you all who have contributed in the past, and contribute again, and to those who are contributing for the first time. I want you to know that you are making a difference in saving the life of and helping rescue a German Shepherd, and helping sustain the efforts of this amazing orgainization which is also like a family to me.
My deepest gratitude for you support,
Debbie and Rocket
