This poor pup was tormented, hogtied and left tied to a picnic table in Encanto park. Left defenseless, her legs were tied with a rope and wrapped tightly inside of a T-shirt, and worse - there's no telling how long she had been there. Pics were taken before she was untied and ropes removed as evidence for the police.

She was very scared and timid, unsure of what the hand might do to her next.
 
She has warmed up quite a bit with a little love and respect, along with food and a lot of water, but  is exhausted and worn down. This sweet, gentle girl is only 25 lbs, if that.

Circle L has taken her into our rescue but we need financial assistance in order to provide her with the long term care that will be necessary for her recovery.
