NTSAD is a 501(c)(3)nonprofit health organization dedicated to the treatment and prevention of Tay-Sachs, Canavan and related genetic diseases. NTSAD is committed to providing information and support services to individuals and families affected by these often fatal disorders, as well as the public at large. The strategies for achieving these goals include public and professional education, family support services, carrier screening, research and advocacy.
