I'm 24 years old, and am running my 2nd Marathon in December 2009 to raise money to fight Cystic Fibrosis (CF). I was diagnosed with CF 4 years ago, and have become very passionate about fundraising for the disease after dealing with daily treatments and the passing of friends with the disease.

I have competed in sports my entire life, which is what has enabled me to stay so healthy. Physical activity helps clear thick mucus from CFer's lungs and can also help improve lung function.
