Here is the update for Jan and Gabe:

Gabe continues to make progress and since his tendon transfer this past June, he is slowly gaining use of his hand and fingers.  He goes to occupational therapy weekly and at his most recent visit to his surgeon, the speed at which Gabe is re-teaching his fingers to work is way beyond all expectations.

Gabe completed his freshman year in college, and will be back this fall.

Jan is holding her own and doing well.  She's feeling good and upbeat.
