**UPDATE**1-27-09:  Bubba is improving!!!  We visited him today and he was up wagging his tail and eating food on his own. He will probably need another day in the hospital to be sure he'll pull through, but the vet was very encouraged!!!  THANK YOU SO MUCH for donating.  Bubba's bill is at a little over $1000 at this point, so we're hoping to raise more to cover his expenses. 

Bubba is a super cute 4-5 month old retriever mix puppy.  He is the cutest little fluff ball you've ever seen!  For him to have the best care and best chances of making it we needed to hospitalize him at the vets and keep him on 24 hour IV fluids.

Bubba was about to be euthanized at the pound when a Lucky Dog Rescue volunteer noticed this cutie and saved his life. He was lethargic and appeared sick, so he needed to get to a vet fast. Due to the quick response, we think Bubba has a very good chance of making it. He tested a weak positive for Parvo but the vet thinks we caught it early enough to save him.
