Cooper obviously thinks taking a plunge in t he lake in February is a little crazy, but it is for a worthy cause.  I am taking the plunge with other Chittenden County police Chiefs as part of our Chittenden County Law Enforcement Executive group.  If you feel up to cheering us on, come on out to the waterfront on February 9th.  Warm blankets are a plus.
