Why are you doing this event?
“After having knee surgery following last years summer Olympics and having to sit out this year on the track, I have made it my purpose to spend as much time as possible trying to make a positive impact in my community. This is one of many charity events that I have participated in so far this year and I hope to have may more opportunities. The feeling you get when you help make a change no matter how big or small, feels just like winning the gold; and that is an amazing feeling!”
Why should people vote for you?
“Because a vote for me is another dollar raised for the East Tennessee Children’s Hospital and also because I practiced really, REALLY hard! Lets do it for the kids!”
