Happy Winter!

You may know that I am a "Haas Fund Kid."  You may not know exactly what that means.  Being a Haas kid means being one of the thousands of students that the Haas Fund has supported with their generosity over the last 40 years.  For me, it was 4 years of choir uniforms and school fees, for others it is an ASB card or sports physical.  For some, it may be a winter coat or counseling services.  

Throughout my high school years, the Haas Foundation provided funding for me to participate in choir and other activities, adding precious normalcy to my life.  Those activities gave me connectiona nd hope.  Being part of something changed my life.

Today, I am asking you to do two things.  First, read my story to learn more about how this organization changed my life.  Second, consider giving a gift of ANY size through this secure page.  Every dollar goes straight to middle and high schools all over Washington.  These dollars help at-risk and isloated youth stay in school and create connections that level the playing field and build character, skills and hope in our students.
