Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!
It is time again for “Cop on Top” which is a fundraiser for the Special Olympics of Nebraska (SONE). The idea is that a law enforcement officer will stay on the roof of Wal-Mart for specific amount of time, in my case 48 hours, in hopes of raising money for SONE.I am going up on December 2nd at noon and coming down on December 4th at noon. I will be assisted by members of the Kearney Chapter of Fraternal Order of Police, Kearney Law Enforcement Spouses Association, Kearney Police Department, Buffalo County Sheriff's Office, Nebraska State Patrol and athletes and their families that participate in the Special Olympics.
Money raised by this is event will help Special Olympics teams with travel, training and uniform expenses and additional proceeds help with expenses for the Special Olympic Games.
Special Olympics of Nebraska serves over 3000 individuals in over 110 communities in Nebraska. We have over 30 athletes and their families living in the Kearney area alone. The idea behind “Cop on Top” is not only to raise money but also raise awareness of the Special Olympics and the wonderful athletes and volunteers that participate in the fantastic programs.
If you're unable to help us out at this time, we understand. We are hoping to continue this great fundraising event next year, so please keep us in mind for future donations
***Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts.***
