This is Ralph......

He is only 4 months old and was dumped at a shelter.

He is emaciated, and scared to death in a scarey shelter.....but he has a rescuer!

NOW, Ralph needs YOUR help for vet and other expenses for his care.

ANY amount will help.  PLEASE we can only save dogs like Ralph with YOUR help!
