I started Spin Class after having my son, Ryder about a year ago.  I do a 40 minute class 2-3 times a week and man am I tired after!  I took my hubby Todd for him to see just how hard I'm working and he made a comment that it's harder than paddling from Catalina to Newport! 

Well, last week in my class the instructor said they are having a 3 HOUR spin a thon benefitting Cancer Research.  The first thing I thought is...I could never do that!  Then, I thought YES I can!!

You see, a very close friend, (more like family member) just lost his battle with cancer. Terry was like a father to me and a brother to my dad.  He was a member of our family.  I was unable to attend his memorial in Maryland and I am going to do this as my personal memorial to him.
