Dear Family and Friends:

My dear friend, Mary Beth, lost her brother to cancer in January '09.  He was only 51.  I have known Mary Beth and her brother Bill since I was in 4th grade.  We all grew up in the same neighborhood and have stayed very close through the years.  It is hard for me to believe he is no longer with us and he lost his life to such a horrible disease.

Ross, Annie, Sarah and I have decided to participate in the 5K Spring Walk of Hope on May 17, 2009 to raise money for the Cancer Support Center in Mokena in an effort to keep Bill's memory alive.   I ask you to consider making a donation to support this wonderful organization.  Together we can keep this facility running programs free of charge to help people improve their quality of life during their cancer experience, we have all been touched by someone with cancer at one point in our lives.
