Okay, I've learned.  Never say, "never again".  While I have confirmed that running is not fun, being part of the NACoA team has been most excellent!  The mission of this fabulous organization is "To eliminate the adverse impact of alcohol and drug use on children and families." 

NACoA is a champion of early childhood interventions and support programs to protect and save children living in families with the chronic emotional stress caused by parental addiction.

So here I go again.  I am participating in the Marine Corps Marathon and 10K weekend on October 31, in Washington, DC, in support of NACoA.

Please help me support this very important and worthwhile cause.
