It's Polar Plunge Time again!

As Executive Director of Meals On Wheels of Asheville and Buncombe County, I'm called upon to wear many hats!

I can't wait to go swimming in February! I should bring the lawn chair and a couple of tubes of Bengay for heat!

Won't you help? I am willing to take the plunge so that no senior goes hungry.
