Help Dr. Sholler keep these kids alive
I am running as part of a relay team in this years Keybank Vermont City Marathon. My goal is to raise money for the work of Dr. Giselle Sholler at UVM who is performing life saving work for children with neuroblastoma.
Dr. Sholler has been keeping my son Will alive since 2008 when she took over his care. Since that time his not just alive - he is LIVING.
Living life to see his two baby sisters, to go to school, to make friends, to learn to skate, to play hockey, to throw tantrums, to get time outs, to experience life.
A life that resembles that of a normal 5 year old boy more so than any other child could expect when they have been receiving chemotherapy since they were 7 months old.
Her amazing work needs to continue, and with your support more families can benefit from this work and more strides can be made to remove the 'incurable' labe from these wonderful children.
