Dear Friends and Family,

I have started this page in efforts to raise money for Ignite A Dream’s EACPA tennis program. Most of you already know that I have been involved with this wonderful organization since the start and we have been fortunate enough to start our tennis programs with two different schools, Austin Can Academy and East Austin College Preparatory Academy (EACPA). Both of them being charter schools that provide education to socio economically underprivileged families.  

My goal is to raise sufficient funds so we can continue our program through summer and add another group of kids since all the students that are in our program now will be graduating in June.  We are asking for $5 donations in hopes that we will reach our goal by the start of summer.

Most of you know how much this beautiful game has changed my life and to be able to share it with EACPA kiddos has truly been a humbling experience for me.  I’ve gotten to spend quite some time with our students, and most of the time it seems like I am learning from them just as much as they are learning from me, on and off the court. They have shown nothing but positive attitude, hard work, enthusiasm and eagerness to learn a sport they have never before been exposed to.
