Hi. It's that time of year again. The 15th Annual Support-a-Walk will be taking place in FDR park on Sunday, Oct. 4, 2009.
It's a wonderful and fun event celebrating and honoring some very special women in our lives who have fought or are fighting either breast or ovarian cancer. For those of you who aren't familiar with it, check out supportconnection.org for details. It’s a great website full of information and pictures.
This is a great organization dedicated to helping women with breast and ovarian cancer as well as their families. They help to answer the question….What do I do next?
I can personally attest to the level of dedication as my wife, Kathy, is the Director of Support Connection and, through the years, I have seen the amazing level of dedication that she, her staff and all the volunteers provide.
Obviously, to run Support Connection takes funds and most of that comes from people like you. That’s why I am asking you to make a donation to help keep this beacon of hope shinning. No amount is too small.
