As many of you know I have been a big supporter of Special Olympics in Iowa for about 5 years now.  I have done some pretty crazy stuff during that time including polar plunges, super plunges (never again), and standing on top of a Walmart trying to raise money and spread to word about Special Olympics and the programs goals.   

This year I am trying to participate in a new event.  Rappelling off a 345 ft high building in downtown Des Moines.  In order to do this I need your support to raise $1,000.  All of these funds will go directly to support individuals with mental and physical disabilities.
