Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts with Maine Handicapped Skiiing.

MHS is a fantastic organization which helps over 350 children, adults and veterans enjoy various outdoor activities throughout the year including skiing, cycling, kayaking and golf.

On this page you can see a short video of my step-daughter, Sara and her mom and I on the slopes of Sunday River this year (click "view full-size"). Sara has progressed this year to no longer requiring any adaptive equipment to enjoy skiing. And yes, I'm the idiot skiing backwards to shoot the video of Sara in the glade. Fortunately, I didn't break my neck, Ha!

I have been volunteering at MHS several days a month during the winter for the past 3 years. At the end of the day I feel physically exhausted, but emotionally excited after helping children, adults and veterans stay active and socially engaged.

On March 27th, I will be participating again in the Annual Ski-A-Thon which last year enabled MHS to raise over $288,000 to support these activities.  This has been a difficult year for all us including the MHS participants. Any amount you wish to contibute will be greatly appreciated. Last year, I personally raised $310. I'd love to beat that mark this year, and with a little help from all of you I can!
