Thank you for visiting my personal fundraising page! On December 4th, I'll join World Vision’s AIDS Walk for Orphans - and walk 6,000 steps on behalf of the 6,000 children who will be orphaned by AIDS that day. All funds raised will go to support our specific AIDS Integrated Program Area in Kenya as well as the projects for clean water. I have 2 sponsored children from AIDS villages in Kenya. It is my passion to help save their lives, provide medication, education, and healing support.
I'd LOVE for you to sponsor me. My goal is to personally raise $2000 for the AIDS orphans. By sponsoring me today, you can make a difference for children fighting to survive the greatest humanitarian crisis of our time. Your donation will also help to further the clean water projects.
I'd also LOVE for you to join me in the WALK for AIDS ORPHANS and CLEAN WATER. It begins and ends at the Port Streets Clubhouse, 1900 Port Carlow in Newport Beach. The date and time are Sunday, December 4, 2:00. You can bring family and friends. It's a level and paved walk, strollers and pets on leashes are welcome.
HIV/AIDS is devastating communities around the world - and children are suffering the most. EVERY DAY, 6,000 children are orphaned by AIDS and many more are affected by the lack of clean water.
A generation of children needs our help! Through World Vision, your gift of any amount can provide orphans and vulnerable children with compassionate care, HIV-prevention education based on biblical values, and education and skills training to help them build a better future. Our gifts can also help mobilize churches and other organizations in hard-hit communities to provide additional HIV/AIDS care and prevention.
You can make a tax-deductible donation right now by clicking on the Give now button above. All funds raised will go toward World Vision’s work to help children and families in communities severely impacted by HIV/AIDS as well as assist with providing clean water that is easily accessible.
Thank you for your support!
In partnership and with gratitude for your friendship and generosity,
Donna
