Well, here it is the 5th year for the Polar Plunge in Yorkville.  Since it is my 5th year I wanted to raise $5,000.00 for Special Olympics in 2009.  I am part of Team Oswego and have fellow plungers that are ready to enter the extremely cold water.  I started the page early this year to allow more time to reach this goal. 

This would not be possible without continued support, so I thank you!   I wanted to let you know that with your support last year Team Oswego raised enough money for Special Olympics that our police department name will appear on the 2009 Special Olympics shirt, , this as a first for us, so again thank you!

Also if you can take the time from your schedule please come out and enjoy the plunge day and see first hand the good time that we all have and meet some of the Special Olympians.
