Ok , It has been almost 6 years since I was told that my Stage 4  melanoma is gone. Thank God! Unfortunately,  this year my youngest child and only daughter discovered a melanoma on her leg..  It was removed from her thigh shortly after she discovered .  Genevieve, who is 22 years  old knew the signs and was aware of the danger of a mole that changed in size, texture and color   It was a big shock to Genvevieve and all our family.  Had my daughter not have caught her lesion early , it would probably advanced. As it has been said before, the public needs education about prevention and early detection..  Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!
