We are the DeLisle family, Curt and Elaine.  For the better part of two years, we have been trying to adopt a child to complete our family.  After extensive research and completing piles of paperwork work, we now remain officially “paperwork pregnant”! 

We have endured a lot of heartbreak.  We began the adoption process with another agency that chose not to renew their license, leaving us out alot of money and nowhere to turn.  We have lost thousands of dollars due to the fact that we had to re-do paperwork, including having to do a second homestudy.  Unfortunately, additional documents will be expiring and we will need to pay to have these redone as well.  We have cashed in a 401K account and we have refinanced our home, but we still need help financially with this adoption.  It is because of these obstacles that we are asking for your assistance. 

Through it all we continue to think about the blessing at the end of this process; our very own daughter.  Her room is ready; sitting empty, waiting for her arrival.  We are praying that someone is willing to help us and wants to become an honorary “Grandparent” or “Aunt/Uncle” to our child.  We know that God has a plan for us.  We are hoping to raise $15,000 to help us complete our Forever Family.
