Liz & Mike will be running again at the Rock N Roll Half Marathon on Labor Day weekend in VA Beach, supporting Team Hoyt along with good buddy and running mentor Lynda Sabochick and her husband John, who are also supporting Rick & Dick Hoyt in this fun race! Training with Big Mike Bly and kids this summer will be HOT! Keeper the Amazing Aussie Dog will take a break, he likes winter training better! :)

For all of our local friends here in VA, last year, The Hoyt Foundation purchased an adult jogging stroller to be used by local "kids" with disabilities on monthly "Team Hoyt VB" runs. Very cool!
