Mother Theresa once said, "You can never do great things. You can only do small things with great love." Please help me to do a small thing with great love by sponsoring me for Karma Krew's Peace by Peace Yogathon this May.

I am pledging to take a minimum of 10 yoga classes this month and raise a minimum of $400 to help support Karma Krew. Karma Krew is a yoga-based non-profit that mobilizes the yoga community to take the insights revealed on the mat and turn them into purposeful action in the world. In the last year alone, Karma Krew's network of yogis contributed hundreds of volunteer hours in over 30 cities nationwide, bringing greater authenticity to this ancient practice in studios all across the country. They've also organized disaster-relief outreach programs, including serving nearly 1,000 Hurricane Katrina Victims with yoga and relaxation after displacement from their homes. And they started yoga-based empowerment programs in 8 children shelters in southeast Florida, helping abused children recover from their trauma.

This type of grassroots outreach is needed now more than ever, and it starts with a simple promise to do just one "small thing with great love." Please sponsor me:

- Pledge a $20 total donation ($2/class) - this buys yoga mats for two children participating in Karma Krew's shelter outreach work

- Pledge a $50 total donation ($5/class) - this supports a certified yoga teacher to bring yoga classes to abused children for one week.

- Pledge a $75 total donation ($7.50/class) - this furnishes a local community krew with all the training materials they'll need to run community outreach programs for an entire year.

- Pledge a $200 total donation ($20/class) - this brings yoga to a children's shelter for an entire month.
