Once again I am very excited to be given the opportunity to run in the 2011 New Balance Falmouth Road Race in support of the Sturge-Weber Foundation on Sunday, August 14th! In accepting this offer I have committed to raising at least $750.00.

In December 2009, I had the pleasure of meeting a precious little boy who was diagnosed with Sturge-Weber Syndrome at 3 months of age. I see firsthand the impact this Syndrome has on Nicholas, his siblings and his Mom. In the course of a year Nicholas has made great strides. It is an honor for me to raise awareness and funds to support this cause in the hopes of someday finding a cure.
