We recently heard about this event and thought it would be fitting, for two reasons...  Losing my husband/my daughter's father to suicide is the most difficult thing we've ever had to deal with.  We'll forever miss him and we're hoping that our participation can help spare someone else the pain that we, as a family, are going through.  In addition to that, our wedding anniversary is Oct. 4.  At this stage, we can't think of a better gift to Peter, from his family, his friends, his wife and daughter, than to pay tribute to the man who was always there for them...ALWAYS!

Join us on Saturday October 3rd 2009 for the Samaritans 5K "Run for Someone Else's Life," event (run or walk) along the Charles - DCR's Artesani Park, 1234 Soldiers Field Road in Brighton. There will be festivities to follow which include live music, games, refreshments and a kid's race.
