Dear Friends, Family and Collegues,
You are on this page because this event means so much to our families. For Ellen (on the right), she watched her son, Willie, transform because of  Equicenter and it's therapeutic riding program.  He became more confident and outgoing in dealing with the world which is difficult at best for a child with a nonverbal autism spectrum learning disorder.   For Lindsay (on the left), who trained Ellen's horse,she is helping to raise money for this program in memory of her father, Al Kober, who passed away suddenly on June 18. While we are both riding for Equicenter, we are both also riding in memory of Al.  Our families support this program because it helps so many children and adults with disabilities and everyone who knows Ellen's son Will has seen first-hand the transformation that a therapeutic riding program can make in a person's life. So for children like Will, and in memory of Lindsay's beloved dad, Al Kober, please give generously to this event which means so much to so many.
