For the past two years I have been fortunate to be surrounded by family and friends as we Walk to Cure Cancer, to help raise money for cancer research.  This year "Kathy's Krewe" will again walk and help support the research that will allow me to have a long and healthy life with my family and friends.  Each year the walk has taken on a different meaning for me, this year I walk for my future.  I have completed the necessary treatments and now I hope that my future will be free of cancer so I can focus on what truly is important....living.
