On January 28th, we will be joining many others to walk on behalf of needy children and families in East Africa.
Most people in East Africa live on less than a dollar a day, struggling for even the basic necessities of life. AIDS is killing more than 600 people every day in Kenya alone, which devastates families, communities, and the children who are now orphaned. We have the privilege of being a part of the solution by serving full time with ELI which is dedicated to sharing the love of God in East Africa and providing people with the skills necessary to support themselves and feed their families. Throughout the past 10 years, the ministry has effectively started several training centers and health programs that are combating AIDS, helping orphans, reaching out to alcoholics, teaching agriculture and business, while pointing people to the hope of Christ. As we walk to support these life-changing ministries, we want to invite you to sponsor us by making an investment that will help meet the spiritual and physical needs of people around the world.
