SAMARITANS, INC.

Run for Someone Else's Life 2010 Brighton,  Massachusetts

Ennio Avallone, Jr.'s Fundraising Page

Dear Friends & Family,
On Saturday, Oct 2nd, 2010, The Samaritans of Boston will be
having their Annual 5K "Run for Someone Else's Life" Road race at Artesani Park in Brighton, MA, along the Charles River to help raise awareness of suicide prevention.

I will be walking in memory of Christian Caldaroni; close friend to my wife; Sarah.
He took his life on May 31st, 2005 and his friendship meant so much to her any many others.

This is the family's 6th year participating in the race. With the help of many generous individuals and businesses they were able to raise over $7,000 towards the cause in past year's events.  We hope to do the same or close to it this
year.

The Samaritans of Boston recently celebrated 30 years of dedication to reducing the risk of suicide through its life-saving programs, including 24-hour phone support for adults and teens, community outreach and education programs, and Safeplace, a peer-led, support group for people who have lost a loved one to suicide.
Large or small, every cent you donate will help the Samaritans of Boston to help raise awareness of suicide prevention.

I set a goal of $1000 which I was very close to last year. Let's see if we can reach it this year!

Thanks for the support,
Ennio
