Go Special Olympics Team North Carolina !

I am very excited and honored to have been selected to compete in Track & Field events at the first-ever Special Olympics National Games at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa . I have be a member of the 4 x 100 relay team and compete in the 400 meter race walk!  I am absolutely thrilled to represent North Carolina at the national level.  I’ve been training hard and can’t wait for this opportunity. I will be among 3,500 athletes from all 50 states and the District of Columbia who will showcase their athletic talent this summer, July 2-7.

Special Olympics athletes are never required to pay a fee to participate but it will cost approximately $2,000 to send me to Iowa .  I am asking for your support in helping to see my dreams come true.  Your donation to Special Olympics North Carolina will provide for vital items such as travel, uniforms and equipment.  Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to make a contribution to my fundraising efforts.
