A Tribute to Those Who Paid the Ultimate Sacrifice
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!
On May 10th, I along with 200+ other law enforcement officers will begin the 240 mile ride on our bicycles. Our journey will begin in Portsmouth, Virginia and end at the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Washington, D.C. We all ride for one common cause; "to ensure the life and sacrifice of every American officer slain in the line of duty is never forgotten." Hence, I will ride in memory of Officer Kevin Lee, NYPD, who paid the ultimate sacrifice on January 28, 2006.
Officers put their lives on the line daily to "protect and serve." According to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial (NLEOM) Fund, on average, one law enforcement officer is killed somewhere in America every other day.
As a sixteen year law enforcement veteran, my goal is to raise $1500 for the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial. I am asking you to help me reach this goal by pledging your support.
Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts. All donations are tax deductible!
Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too!
