I'm taking the SUPER Plunge!!  On November 7-8 I will be taking the plunge every hour, on the hour, for 24 hours!

Why, you might ask?  All the money raised during this crazy event will help the more than 13,000 Special Olympics Iowa athletes participate in state competitions at no cost to them.
