My family almost got a lovely Border Collie from Rescue Village.  Lucky for me, they held out a few days and found me someplace else [Buckeye Border Collie Rescue -another pretty great place!].  While they didn't get me there, they seem to think supporting Rescue Village is pretty important, because they were so impressed with the place!

Everyone talks highly of Rescue Village.  My family says it is the cleanest, largest, no-kill shelter in the area.  The staff and volunteers are kind-hearted and take great care of the dogs -lots of pettin' and chances to "smell the pee-mail" outside!  Oh boy!  I even heard they have a great indoor-outdoor room for the cats!  Cats kind of scare me actually, but I think even they should have a nice place too.
