As you know by now I will be running the the Country Music Half Marathon this April the 26th!  I am joining my friend Sarah Farnell in her effort to raise money for the Caring for Carcinoid Foundation , in honor of her sister Payton.  We will be having a lot of fun in the next few months planning, training, and raising funds for our big event!

The Caring for Carcinoid Foundation is an organization committed to finding a cure for carcinoid cancer.   So far, the organization has rewarded over $2 million in research grants.  Also, 100% of donations go towards carcinoid research!  That means that you can be assured that every penny raised during the marathon will go towards research, NOT to the organization's overhead expenses.
