My decision to help stomp out child bullying & cyberbullying comes from many places in my heart, but most from the friendships and relationships that have molded me in my life.  As adults, it is important that we keep the world safe for all children as well as ensure a positive, protective, and enriching educational experience.

I dedicate my page to the memory of Breeann Elizabeth Rice.  The untimely death of  a great friend is hard to overcome.  I know firsthand the results of suicide on the loved ones.  I would not wish this pain on any parent, friend, & loved one of a minor who felt the best answer is to end his or her life. 

As our world evolves, the best lesson we should be able to teach our children is tolerance of diversity.  People are different. We come from different cultures, sexual orientation, race, genders, and creeds.  These reasons should not ever be acceptable causes for bullying or cyberbullying!
