Hi, my name is Merle and I am the Support Group Leader for the Cleveland Area PH Support Group (CAPHS). Our group is very divesified and we are always eager to learn more about PH and share our hints and concerns.

Now it is our turn to give something back. Our group is sponsoring the 5th Annual Fun Walk for a Cure and Awareness of Pulmonary Hypertension on Saturday, September 10, 2011.  We walk in memory of those who have gone on before us and in honor of those who are still living.
