As you may know,  on September 26th Stephan will be participating in the "Steps 2 Cure" NF Road Race to benefit Neurofibromatosis. This is a 4 mile Run and a 2 mile Walk at Horn Pond in Woburn, MA.

Proceeds from the road race, walk and raffle will assit NF INC Northeast in their mission to find a cure and treatment for NF by promoting and supporting research, creating awareness and providing hope and support to those who are affected by NF and their families. ***   Stephan's Update:

Stephan is a sophomore at Masconomet high school and participates in the school’s baseball team as a coach assistant.

He is clinically stable, his aches and pains are not as severe as before starting treatment with bevacizumab ( a Chemotherapy ) for his cervical ependymoma. It has been 2 years since he started on it, and he’ll be on it indefinitely.

His hearing has decreased significantly and he is adjusting to use a hearing aid.
